was tasked by the University of York to record a vlog talking about getting involved in societies. So, I chose two – University Radio York (URY) and York Student Television (YSTV). It was longer than the 2 minutes they wanted, so here’s the extended cut!
My goodbye show that wasn’t even my last show.
(5/10) Join me for a show with a different person every day. This time, it’s Max Roach.
(4/10) Join me for a show with a different person every day. This time, it’s Mya Dowdall.
Izzie and I explore every interpretation of programme through puns and interpretations.
(3/10) Join me for a show with a different person every day. This time, it’s Sophie Bolwell-Davies.
Sam and I are back with another numbers-themed show to tickle your earbuds.
Michael’s with me again because he actually does like my company.
(3/3) Live from Studio Red, a special version of the show that’s at an hour when students are more likely to consume their breakfasts.
(2/3) Take two of the show that’s at an hour when students are more likely to consume their breakfasts.
(1/3) A week of shows? Well, two at this point, Michael says. Let’s see how this goes…
Losing my URY studio virginity, I managed to wake up at a ridiculous hour and appear on Isaac’s “so early it’s pre-breakfast” show, much to our surprise…
It’s Eurovision Week! Join us for an after-party where Michael forgot to turn on his mic – surely that’s reason enough to tune in…
It’s Eurovision Week! We nattered about our favourites in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest and played some tracks – many throwbacks – to prepare at least ourselves for the contest’s return.
It’s Eurovision Week! To start off, Matt joined me via video link in a cupboard, and Michael and Kyle were in the actual studio reacting to the first semi-final.
Another programme that started as a joke! Join us as we quickly put together a show long after the weekly production meeting had ended.
URY’s second term turn-on show
With everyone stuck inside, we were live from our homes, providing the sound to the YUSU (University of York Students’ Union) Fairs. I was asked/I volunteered readily to take part, so here I am making sure that no-one else would ever want to listen to me again…!
